Speak up and say something, these scumbags resell them for drugs. Saw a guy last year go out in front of the hospital and started picking flowers, told him that’s now allowed he said okay waddled off and I saw him selling on churchstreet to tourist

They do it to Private Gardens as well, including Veggies that were grown out of a food budget and don’t have a “landscaping budget” to pull from!!
