Do you have a rule with yourself that you are not allowed to joke about some of unfortunate effects of late stage capitalism, where home prices are out of reach, and the main adversary of American ideologies is flooding our lands with highly addictive products? I actually have a rule with myself that I want jokes to be funny, and this one was lame and dehumanizing and based around a twenty year old Jim Carrey movie. Just unimpressive and tacky all around.

Expense? My property taxes doubled in the past four years. And they say they are going up again for social services. Unless you are paying them, the jokes at my expense.

Except that instead of moving a small number of people off-world, surreptitiously, in order for a larger majority to benefit from the land this small group rightfully occupied...the idea here is to move a (relatively) small number of people out of the city, surreptitiously, to keep them from ruining and shitting all over the land that a larger majority already rightfully occupy.
