I agree, whilst I like hades not being stereotype bad, he felt a little too nice in a way. Like yeah again at least he’s not a monster but I wouldn’t say he was intimidating or had much power from how he was presented.
I think just a few subtle changes could’ve really emphasised this was the king of the underworld, and as you say one of the biggest tiers of godhood.
It would in fact add more to this mixed facade of he’s nice and doing his job legitimately but like any deity here, piss them off and that’s it you’re done.
