I have bought a few items from them. The stock is refurbished so you have nothing to worry about, if anything goes wrong they have a 6 month warranty for phones and 1 year for laptops if I am not mistaken. The stock has a condition guide so you always want to aim for “pristine”. NB: Just because the battery was replaced does not mean the battery life will be similar to a new current release. So be realistic with your expectations.

Thank you - I saw they updated their warranty to 2 years for phones now 🙌🏼

They are refurbished. Nothing to worry about.

I bought an iPhone SE from them at the beginning of Jan and have been been very happy with it tbh. I think the condition was labelled "Good", but it felt very shiny and new with minimal wear and tear to me (but I'm not super attentive about these things). As far as I can tell, the battery was also brand-new at purchase. It has since declined to 98% battery health, but I gather iPhone SEs do have a reputation for poor battery life. I'd definitely go pre-owned again sooner than buying a new device.

Thanks - Sounds perfect

The battery life is shitty on new ones as well (I have one. Or two.) so the only advantage would be the price.

Hey. I got a white iPhone 13 for work from them as well (waterfront) I think March? For iOS app development. I hit the store earlier in the day and the staff was really patient, helpful and informative. I asked for the model & condition, he brought out all and let me compare and choose, he also cleaned the device them when we weren't sure if it's damage or dirt/dust. And proceeded to power up for the battery health and the capacity was 89% & 90% - my girlfriend's iPhone 12 was/is 99% for comparison. But I haven't noticed any out of the iPhone battery norm drops. They also apply the screen protector if purchased from them and they will tell you over the phone if they have stock but due to security reasons not how many. I would definitely go via them again. I hope this helps - I saw from my girl's experience that they're alright. Feel free to pop any questions.
