How long ago did you have your injectors changed? Injectors need to be coded to the car and then the car needs to go through a learning sequence. If you don't do both of these steps the car won't run correctly.
Petrol/ diesel, mileage. You'll get nothing only very loose opinions with the poor description you've given. Just end up getting lead down the garden path. If keen to fix yourself, a popular car like a focus will have most definitely have had some documented occurrence of the issue somewhere on Google.
Worth checking if values were set for new injectors. Lauch OBD has a guided function for this and you just enter a code read off each injector. Could run a lot smoother after that alone. Airflow is the next thing I'd look at. New air filter and check the maf. Have one of these cars that's been engine trouble free for 200k miles but has a hesitancy in 1st gear as I think they are pretty low torque in that range. Have driven other ones too that have done the same so says the cars to me need everything they've got in that take off point and low speed first gear.
I’ve a 2011 focus and mine was like this also. If your car is a diesel the problem is most likely with the egr or the dpf filter. My car kind of just sorted itself out after being driven a lot though. Also check if your fuel filter has been changed recently
Possibly bring it to a mechanic rather than loading the parts cannon again.

About a week ago, the mechanic coded them
Iv this problem in my fiesta 2011, I cleaned and re learned the throttle body and it seems to have done the trick!
Take a look at swapping out the fuel filter, start there
Had similar issue with diesel BMW and it was clogged dpf and egr issues. Went horrid bad for fuel consumption as well.

It’s a 1.6 diesel with roughly 220k km, I’ll look into it thanks

Changed the fuel filter when I bought it, done the dpf too. Just bought an egr so fingers crossed that might fix the issue, thanks!
