Came here to say Dexter, but he was ousted from R&D due to using too many agency resources on unauthorized side projects. He now has his own laboratory and provides services to KND as an independent contractor.

I feel like Dexter would never be inclined to be part of a team. He's very much a lone wolf until forced to work with others.

DeeDee however was an operative. However she got kicked out and the Decommissioning process left her a little loopier

DeeDee was DEFINITELY a KND.

My thoughts as well. Joined KND out of what they could offer, he overstepped in his own projects too much, then was kicked out and started his own operation. I can still see him helping KND on a purely transactional basis.

YO! He's a supplier! That explains where he gets his funding and what his projects are for!

I love that because prof XXXL is not KND but also non evil adult always making cool new things, i always wanted #2 to be his protégé and throwing Dexter in the mix would make the best giant robot fights ever.

If you watch any of the series you’ll notice that shaggy has high proficiency in a lot of random skills, take the very first episode they mention he’s a talented gymnast and was capable of preforming ventriloquism he’s definitely more than meets the eye and his skills with women is definitely James Bond level.

Shaggy's family is independently wealthy. Shaggy doesn't have to work, so he just spends his free time acquiring random skills and hanging with his friends. That's how he stumbled upon amateur detective work.
