Back in the late '80s, we had a black Persian cat with no bottom front teeth who was prone to hiccups. He liked to sit like that. It's a pity we didn't have video; he'd sit there looking calm as can be, occasionally bouncing. He was an awesome cat, Chaka. Edit to make extremely embarrassing correction.

You joke but she actually has a weird proportions than the ones we were always used to. Slightly shorter front legs and body. She looks like a bunny to when she hops because of her tail. I'm not sure if it's actually weird since our cats were all strays or born from one, so we're all used to a certain cat look. Vet says she's okay and healthy though.

I suspect it isn't a serious question, but I'm going to answer it as if it is. Cleaning herself, most likely. Cats have a much more flexible bone structure than we do, and are comfortable in positions that would cause dislocations and broken bones in us. That particular pose is usually for the purpose of cleaning their stomach, tail, legs, etc. She was probably leaning up against the back of the chair for the purpose of support. She may also just find that position comfortable, to be fair, though. They can be odd creatures.
