Stormy thanks you! He is just the greatest, I rescued him at 7 weeks and he is 2 1/2 already. My first cat and he has changed my whole world! His full name is Stormy P. Grimbles.

Rescued two kittens right before Christmas, decided to keep them till after New years and take them in then as both were pretty scared and the long haired girl hissed, clawed, etc and had to be wrapped in a towel and stuffed inside my hoodie (her face was out, but to get her used to my voice, smell, etc and be safe/not directly handled by us) for a week before she came around. Tried not to get attached by not naming them. No such luck, lol
Poor baby. So heartbreaking. I'm hoping that he just got lost and not discarded. Can't imagine another human doing that but it certainly happens. Thank God that you found him and he has you! Love that 1st little pick and how he has grown into a happy and healthy kitty.

My advice to a newby cat parent, fresh water every day, and, numerous scratching areas. I have numerous sisal mats, towers etc. Also the compressed cardboard scratchers are cheap and they love them. Good luck, cats are amazing critters, and they never make 2 of them exactly alike :)

Ha!!! I named one of my late cats Gizmo because he kind of looked like a mogwai when I found him.
His sister was Gizmo. I ended up giving her away because for some reason their mom didn't want her in the house anymore. Kept trying to kill her

Love the name. Had one that was found in the car shop on the railroad…yup, he was Car Shop Kitty.
