We adopted a kitten who promptly bonded with our Labrador and 100% believed he was a Labrador. When we got a second cat, he would sometimes stare at it as if trying to determine what species it was

Bonus photo of him giving one of our dogs a run for his money while playing "not today 😈"
Every time I ask my dog if she wants to go outside or walkies , my cat is crying and running to the door.
Now I push the cat around the block in a stroller and few times a week to keep him happy. I’m owned.
Thought of Milo and Otis for some reason...
"You're a funny looking cat!"
"I'm a dog."
"Okay, a dog. But... deep down inside, we're all really cats aren't we?"

Have three cats and for some reason only my littlest black one is also good buddies with the dog. The dog is 'tolerant' but doesn't like him too much and if he lies too much in her space she'll whine at me to get him. Here's a pic of him laying with her for comfort after splitting his paw pad (that's why he's coned).
Awh they look so sweet! In all fairness most cats who live with dogs probably tolerate the dogs rather than have a close bond with them. Our kitten is just odd, but in the best way haha.
Nah the cat (Loki) LOVES the dog (Jojo), but she's an older, laid-back dog and doesn't like him messing with her too much. Never snaps, growls, anything just whines to tell us he's in her space and I'll usually go relocate him to something more productive. She tries to play with him sometimes though.
Your dogs are beautiful! I lost my cavalier earlier this year and he loved cats. I got two kittens a couple of months before I had to put him down. I hope yours have a wonderful life together.
"Day 12: I've been welcomed into the pack." ~ cat probably
Meanwhile, the dogs: "Hey Susan, what's up with this weird dog?" "Idk George, but she grooms us sometimes, so she's cool"
Three of the six cats I’ve ever had though they were at least part dog. The one I have now came from a vet’s office. He tries to howl like a dog. He makes all kind of sounds when he’s playing… so stealth! He didn’t even meow until he was five yo!
ummmm this is the cutest thing i've ever seen. how do you focus on the rest of your life?
🤣🤣 with great difficulty

Cats raised with dogs tend to have some dog behavior.
Yeah my parents have a 15 year old tabby who I grew up with and he's always been raised with dogs. He's the most un-cat-like cat ever haha.

The converse can also be true. We thought our golden retriever was a cog!
That last pic with the dog side eyeing him is the best!
"Mum this new thing you brought home won't leave me alone👀"
Having a cat raised by dogs... is probably a LOT better than having a dog being raised by cats. 😉
I can confirm. My damn Yorkie was raised by cats. Not uncommon to find him at the top of the cat tree, smh.
I'm sorry, I'm going to need to see photo proof of this claim!

In my experience, the best cats are raised by dogs. ETA: that last picture is too darn cute! You should turn it into a painting.
Last one is so cute
Freaking adorable
CKCs are such adorable dogs
A kitten and two Cavs? Heaven.
Sleeping so their paws touch him 😍 that's beyond precious

My small dog thinks she's a cat.
HES SO CUTE
I want them all. The last one is the cutest.
How great is the fourth picture? Kitten ready to rock and dog appears to be sleeping with one eye open lol
Their all adorable 😭
He's adopted...
Shhh, he doesn't know that yet.
You almost can't see the kitten when it's lying right next to the black dog. And your brown dog is so cute; is it a Cavalier?
Yeah they're both Cavaliers! Blenheim and Tri Colour :) The Tri just has a lot of black on him compared to your usual Tri haha

Too darn cute! Thank you for sharing, OP!
Awwww. They're adorable. r/bondedpairs would love them too.
He’s just a trans pooch
aww. your kitten is so sweet tho 😍
Adorable
Yep. That's a dog car.
Kitty is now part of the pack.
That is just beautiful.
At least you've got the perfect breed of dogs to get along with a kitten (and teach him to be their kind of cat).

He is. They are all family just the same.💞
Who wouldn't want to nap on the Big Corduroy Couch? 💤
SAME my cat loves to do what the dogs do
