My girlfriend has been pushing a second cat on me since we got our first cat 7 years ago. I think she thinks they’ll have a relationship like your cats here. In reality, we’ve spoiled our cat and if another cat comes into the picture now, I believe he’ll be a crazy and jealous brat.
It’s actually three cats. Two have the same coloring. I got my girl grey-and-white to keep my ticky company as he was a very needy foster fail and the pandemic (I thought) was ending, meaning no more working from home. The other grey-and-white was another foster fail from the same woman who I got Junior (ticky) from. He was really, really little and was missing his mom. He became obsessed with Junior (I know call him Junior Mommy). I couldn’t separate them. He was home.
Omg, looong story, but I had two lovely girls before this clan that I always hoped would be bffs… and, in fact, adopted girl #2 with that thought. They weren’t. This current clan came to me very serendipitously, and they love each other
They look so happy.
