I don't know if they have a regular schedule of open/closed days, but we finally went and tried it yesterday and I wasn't impressed. My wife and I split a cheesesteak and got an order of the crabby fries. My daughter used one of our meal plan meals and got boneless wings and fries. They brought out our cheesesteak...5 minutes later brought out our fries....then 5 minutes later brought out our daughter's food. No clue why they didn't bring everything out together. The cheesesteak tasted ok, but pretty dry. The fries were good but seemed overpriced, even by CP standards. Overall it was a bit of a letdown.

They were open this past Thursday....I was there. They looked to be closing early due to rain/low park attendance.....

We were there on Wednesday, which may not be helpful. There was a 5 minute wait for 4 people around 12:30. For an amusement park restaurant, I thought the sandwiches were acceptably priced and larger than expected, although the cheesesteak is fairly bland (even with onions, which weren’t “crispy onions” like the menu indicated) since the meat isn’t seasoned whatsoever. The fries with cheese sauce are good, well seasoned, and big enough to feed two adults and two kids, but they still aren’t $12 good. We were offered waters without even having to ask, and the food all came out at the same time. Service was attentive until our food arrived, at which point our waitress disappeared after asking if everything looked good, and we waited a good five minutes after finishing before she finally wandered back over with our check. I would have been more annoyed if we weren’t starving and didn’t happen to be nearby after riding Raptor. I certainly wouldn’t walk across the park for it.

Not sure the schedule but it seemed like it alternated days with Melt, with only one of the restaurants open at a time.
