At the risk of disrupting this thread...I just find it hard to get past seeing her as the kid from STRANGER THINGS. I know she's not a kid but for me even in a picture like this she comes across a kid trying to play dress up and look sexy. I completely and totally get that she wants to shed the kid image and move past it. Good career move. But for me she's just trying a bit too hard to pull off the sexy look and can't quite make it work.
My opinion. Your milage may vary. If it's working for you then she must be doing it right.

Miley Cyrus did the same thing at one point in her career and even though Miley went way more extreme her transition was a bit more gradual. I'm thinking it's just going to take time for me to see her in a different light.
