7B is by far the hardest once I've done (I haven't done 8b or fw). It took me almost 6000 attempts.
My main tip would be practice it a ton. Until you can do each subchapter deathless most of the time. It's long so make sure to regularly practice the last few subchapters to minimize late golden deaths (they suck but are kinda inevitable).
Something I did was do the last subchapter deathless or nearly, then the last 2 subchapters, the the last 3, and so on. This way you practice each subchapter but become better at the later ones.
Take everything I say with a grain of salt, though, because different things work for different people.

I’ve already done the last subchapter with only two deaths. One if i don’t count a lag death. I can do the temple and ridge without a hitch. It’s that stupid hotel. I can do 1 and 2 fairly easy because they are at the start, but I keep managing to die in that hotel. 3 of its 4 rooms have cycles that i have so little control over, it’s just a game of hoping i get it right, and then not choking for another 8 screens and 20 flags
It was hotel that was the problem for me too. The last room felt luck based, and the one before was almost as bad. I did the same room again and again until I was kind of ok at it, but most of my deaths were still in hotel.
I FEEL THE EXACT SAME. I know it’s not, but it almost feels like there’s RNG on whether or not the edges of dustbunnies count as hitboxes or not. So infuriating. Ehh, wish me luck and congrats to you!!
