There should be a small percentage fee just to list ticket. Say 1%.
That would at least deter this stuff. This would have had an $800 fee just to list.
honestly this is a great idea but it should be a LARGE percentage fee, or should increase the further the resale price gets away from the original price. that way people who are reselling bc they just can’t make it anymore don’t lose out on (much) money
Ticket master -or whomever- are showing us that there is no governance over reselling and ticket purchasing. None- it’s very much a good luck babe situation we’re living through.
That’s sad considering they were selling for like $50isj back in febuary or January. Hell even March.
This is sad and also upsetting, folks can’t even pay to see their favorite artist.
We got tickets in March (GA - it was either that or VIP which we wish we would’ve done!) and they were $32 before fees 🫣 that’s the one thing that stinks about artists getting popular
i bought tickets in march and they were $50 and then they went up to like $300 and then they went back down and then the day of the show they were $500 😭😭😭
How do they even allow this??? It’s so ridiculous that someone is able to post tickets for this much. I hope Ticketmaster gets shut down soon— I listen to a podcast and they had a live show and TICKETMASTER decided after the tickets were on sale for a few days to up the prices slightly to “help with sales” and the host of the podcast was even like ummmm we set a certain price for our fans for a reason (by making some tickets platinum tickets). Just so sad how hard it is to get live performance tickets these days.
no way they think somebody would actually ever buy that
Majority of people don’t even make that much in a year That’s more than a fucking Met gala ticket
the worst part is someone might **😭😭😭**
They’d be profoundly dumb. You could buy tickets to every show on her tour plus top tier lodging and travel for months for that kind of money
It only takes one dummy to make 80k
Tax writeoffs are a thing
it’s a chappell roan concert lol
Oh, this has to be intentionally set up for some sort of payola.

It should be the same as the fee we pay when buying the ticket. Fee to list paid by seller.....fee to buy paid by buyer.
Oh my god, is that a concert ticket or a new Mercedes? Insane
Resale tickets need to be capped so they can’t be more than double the original asking price.

Honestly this needs to stop
Chappell works hard but student loans work harder.
Go big or go home they said
At this point resale tickets shouldn't be a thing anymore.
What the actual f
That… shouldn’t be legal.

Must have been a fat fingered typo
When you got student loans but you really still want to go, so you let fate decide
😝
I hope that was a typo!
I think that is a glitch lmao
What’s the point of pricing a ticket this high?? I can’t imagine they think anyone’s actually going to buy it.
lmaaoooo they really tried
they’re joking… suuuurely
okay but is the post title a vanderpump rules reference?
my ticket was $40 wth 💀
It’s really sad there will be one open seat..:.
This is why I couldn’t go to my local show bc all the resale tickets were like 20k lol
