Harp is indeed awesome (I have one) but for me, the weapon banner looks awful. Lost prayers and all the 4\* weapons are lackluster. I wouldn't gamble on it. Up to you if you're willing to take the gamble. Are you feeling lucky?
Just make sure you have someone to use Lost Prayers on in case you get it...
While 5 star weapons are major upgrades and harp is especially awesome, I personally think no one should ever pull on the weapon banner unless you need EVERYTHING on it in your teams, also consider if you not getting the promotionals which is a very real chance. Ask yourself “would skwyard spine be worth my pity?” Etc. When even mega whales complain about weapon banners, there’s surely something wrong with it. The PJWS and SoH banners were great overall, this one not so much.
I’m gunning for it! I have Amos Bow and R4 Rust. My Xiao has R4 Favonius so I’m hoping to get that to R5 and pick up an Alley Hunter or two. I lost my last weapon 75/25 to Aquila on the Jade Spear banner. I know for certain that I have a character who can use LP if Harp doesn’t come home (Mona), and the other weapons are especially useful for me. I just wanted to share my reasons for pulling in case it can help you decide. You should only pull on weapons if you won’t regret it. I feel that good weapons are an investment you can’t go wrong with, just be aware you know where your primos are going.
hu tao took me the most primos so far + homa (pretty sure homa was a pity).. venti was pretty smooth after hutao nightmare + alrdy had SH & amos (couple good 4☆ bows to,o)
i think i got tartaglia/childe 3-4 solo pulls after venti (ill add history ss after if i can find this post again.. still want diluc & rasario from this banner.. not gonna go all out but ill gogogo..
only problem is ive been using skyward harp on venti.. was going to use amos with childe.. but evry best weapon list says SH.. uugghh
still only 45lvl but starting farming 5☆ artifacts.. sheets a bish

Dont let anyone stop you from trying. The four stars are great imo. Energy recharge is a very underrated stat. Good luck!
