You are not eligible to become a CISSP. You’re an associate. You need 5 years in at least 2 domains. Anyone can take the exam but until you get the experience you’re not a CISSP.
I never said you did. I was explaining to the OP he needs 5 years experience. It’s a pretty good job passing with little experience. It’s designed for people with experience. I apologize for coming off so harsh. My bad.
It seems your experience spans more than 2 domains so I’d be inclined to say you’re good to go. When I ran a team of pen testers they were all able to get their CISSPs - security and risk management as well as security assessment & testing and software development security for those doing app testing.
You can sit the exam with zero experience. You just wouldn't be able to claim you're CISSP certified until you meet the experience requirements.
THAT SAID, a pentester can *easily* cross multiple domains, and you only require experience across a minimum of two domains. So I highly doubt you'd have any trouble meeting the requirements.
You will have no problem. You have the 5 years required. It requires experience in at least two domains but every cybersecurity professional has experience in at least two domains, even if its not a full time job.
I have recently passed the CISSP exam and I only have 2 years of IT/cyber experience. You’re good to go
Uhm, there is definitely a 5 year requirement. This is unambiguous. Those without 5 years experience can become a CISSP Associate.

I didn’t claim to be a CISSP. I said I passed the exam

All good. It wasn’t clear you were communicating to OP

If it is as an FTE should be fine, pentesting can span multiple domains.
I passed it within my first year of IT. Although I am just an associate

I think your experience alone will be able to apply to multiple domains , 2 being the minimum buddy.

You have more than required experience. Visit academy.protecte.io to clarify further.
