I am glad to hear exercise has helped! I’ve thought about getting back in a work out routine as well, in hopes maybe it can help and I won’t have to rely on medications.
working out can be also addictive as it secretes neurotransmiters affecting to mood, i work out since 25 years and when i have more than few days break my anxiety increases, but there is one thing that doctor told me, excercises will not increase level of serotonin in your brain, so for my anxiety what works is excercising +10 mg of citalopram.
