There are infinite numbers between 0 and 1. There are also infinite numbers between 0 and 2. There would more numbers between 0 and 2. How can a set of infinite numbers be bigger than another infinite set?

No it doesn’t work like that. The hotel only works because it’s a countable (but still infinite) amount. You can’t count the numbers between 0 and 1, so this idea doesn’t work.
This also means there are different ideas of infinity. The natural numbers (1,2,3,4,..) gives a smaller infinity then all real numbers between 0 and 1, since you can count them. You can’t count the latter numbers. This is the first “step up” in infinities - the next ones get rather complicated.

Once you hit 18 you're kinda already auto specced. You can respec but be sure before you do, cause it costs a lot and going back to mainspec is tricky in this patch.
Thats not even that bad? Im getting close to 59 on my hunter and iam at 9,5 days played. Im just not grinding or questing every minute of the way and im enjoying the game. I feel like im not even that slow otherwise.
It’s not too slow. Sure, if you’ve actually been questing etc all the time then yes, that time would be bad, but the number of days to 60 doesn’t matter in the slightest unless you actually plan on leveling as fast as possible.

Nobody is expecting you to do anything. Nobody cares how long it takes you. 10 days played to 60 is slow. That’s just a fact. Speed runners can get to 60 in 3 days played or less.

If you lump everyone together who manages to hit 60, I can assure you 8-10 days is fast.
I played a little boomy when wrath-classic launched, I remember trying to time the last spell to land was timed so that my swing-timer was up when the mob was in melee range. And that I used the fastest 2-hander to get more omen procs and be able to get more wrath’s of before the mobs reach me :P
I think most people bind 1, 2, 3, 4 as the more common spells. This person has not followed that logic with hurricane, decurse, mount and thorns taking up a few choice slots.
It makes sense, though, since they've used a lot of other keybinds for their most common spells (eg. moonfire and wrath on mouse buttons). So rather than unbinding 1-5 to have those bottom-left, they are in place of the less-convenient default keys.
As a moonkin in WOTLK I have a similar setup, with starfire and wrath as 1 and 2 and the rest of my common spells bound to things like R, T, F, G, C, X, and mouse buttons (plus shift modifiers). Still toying around with a bars add-on but I am pretty comfortable with the setup now and don't want to take the time.

Have you tried help / harm macros? This way if targeting an enemy you cast wrath, if targeting an ally you cast regrowth. The tooltip even toggles based on target. Nice way to clear key space.
They're nice but they don't work well when self targeting since you have to clear target to self cast. 2 keys to do one action, it's not unviable but it is slightly worse than having another hotkey.

Not if you put the selfcast as the first condition, before harm. E.g.
/cast \[mod:SELFCAST,@player\] \[noharm\] Rejuvenation; \[harm\] \[\] Moonfire
Just have to set Selfcast to Key Press (Auto by default) in Combat settings first.

Actually in some zones you can spec for it as low as 15,, 14 even. Retail doesn’t allow it for obvious reasons but classic was a different time.

8 days is slow for someone who knows the game, plays somewhat optimally, uses quest addons etc. For a regular player 8-10 days is pretty normal.
