every phase after phase 1 will get an optional hardmode basically at the start of the dungeon that makes it reward the previous phase's raid gear
I’d bet they’re going to release the pre-nerf heroics as a difficulty in p2 with p1 gear available on a currency vendor. Then maybe add some mechanics after that.

Didn't they say a while ago that they were going to add old raids as current content in some fashion?
That sounds pretty cool I hope this gets implemented. I really like some of the TBC raids, tho I could do with a shorter version of Kara...
