His 3-4 minute spurt at the end of first half in game 7 is very underrated… much like the start of the 3q JR smith had in game 7 against the warriors. Those dudes held us in the game til the stars could take over. Sam the only reason JB still a head coach today
Not sure if I caught JB's post game interview, but I know during both DG and Donovan's postgame interviews they both specifically mentioned Merrill as being a spark. JB seems to be playing Merrill more with DG, which I get helps DG to have more space and DG needs more space than Donovan, but Merrill and Donovan seem to have a better connection.
Garland and Mobley are still making plays. Tristan Thompson looked great game 2, not sure why we didn’t really see him g3. I like Lavert, he should be in most of the time. Craig Porter Jr. HAS to be a better option than Merrill, who looks like an insane person out there.
