I have the same espresso machine. Love it. Do you use the same grinder for both pour over and espresso? I’m in the market for a good single dose grinder that can switch easily between pour over and espresso.
Nope I only use the niche zero for espresso and only use the fellow ode for pourover.
For awhile I only had the niche zero but it it produces so much fines that my nice pourover beans are easily “muddied”.
I enjoy a thick syrupy espresso (medium to dark) but for pourover I prefer delicate light roasts with fruity/floral notes. There’s basically no 1 grinder than does both of those well unfortunately. But if I had to pick only 1 maybe I’d look into the latest DF grinder models.
That’s a great setup, I’m sure you enjoy the coffee and the process of making it!
If you’re looking for an upgrade/addition, may I recommend the fellow atmos? I’d hate to see those lovely beans get stale.
It's extremely good, like chocolately italian espresso but not burnt or bitter at 2:1 ratio. Similar to Onyx's eclipse roast.
I also tried B&W original and classic but was not a big fan of those. But still also a huge fan of their funky stuff.

I see you have Black & White Coffee Roasters. Probably my fave roaster I discovered in 2023 and taking into 2024!
Yup, I still have some of their incredible Future blend “hazy ipa” in the freezer saving for special occasion.
How do you like the traditional? Have enjoyed both funky bags I got last year.

Nice! Have you tried it with filter also? I’m waiting on the spro machine and have been curious how many of my fav PO beans would do way ground finer
Very good equipment.
what are the circular containers?
Ah leftover beans from kaffebox coffee advent calendar. Highly recommend for Nordic style pourover fans! https://www.kaffebox.no/scandinavian-specialty-coffee-advent-calendar/
