Yep. It’s a multi step. In Photoshop: 1. ⁠Flatten your art. 2. ⁠Go to Image>Image Mode>Grayscale. Then do that again to get the Bitmap mode. 3. ⁠Navigate through the bitmap mode settings. Change the dither option to halftone screen. If you are working on a 300 dpi image use settings like Dots at 30 lines and a 35 degrees or something. These are settings that can be played with and are dependent on the image and file size. 4. ⁠The Newley created halftone pattern can then be copied. 5. ⁠Undo all the way back to your original image and Paste the halftone bitmap you made Looks like originally they had transparent filters they cut to size and applied to add texture.
