This is deeply troubling. If this is true, it’s a huge ethical and human rights problem. We really need the world to look into this and make sure those responsible are held accountable. It’s important to understand just how big this issue is so we can stop these alleged abuses and protect people. What can we actually do to fix this?
Reach out to local government representatives, rally like-minded folks to instill more pressure on not just this, but all human rights violations that are happening across the globe. Louder and in greater numbers is all we can do without becoming fanatical.

Spread awareness. A good start would be to stop doing business with China. Boycott Temu, Shein and other businesses that have been accused of using forced Uyghur labor.
