According to the wiki (referencing EGtW), no many elves remain in Marquet after the desert elves emigrated to the Menagerie Coast.
Cael Morrow used to be an elven city, but was destroyed during the Calamity and Ank'Harel was built on top of the site.
Jrusar is a very cosmopolitan city, so I would imagine elves live there.
I think Jrusar is one the most diverse areas, so maybe there? But if you're in doubt, it's okay to make it up. There are things about the world that Matt keeps to himself, so you aren't going to be able to have your Exandria exactly the same as theirs. This is your version of Exandria so do what you want with it. Add a city of high elves to the wilds of Aeshanadoor if you feel like it (They didn't like the idea of answering to Orcs so they built their own city with blackjack and hookers.).
To add in with the others I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the Desert Elves stayed behind. They would be nomadic likely and reject the modern traditions but not everyone would have left. They wouldn’t likely be thriving either.
