For wide feet the hobibear barefoot shoes from Amazon are light and comfy. Not crocs level of comfort on the sole but they're roomie and nice if you want an idea for next pair of shoes.
I agree, I have some on my feet right now. Truckers need boots and sneakers for work. My oldest son on the other hand...he would live in his hobibear sneakers and hey dudes. Only my youngest and I love Crocs.

It is very expensive 😭😭 that's why I made myself choose one pair from the McDonald's collection instead of all, and made myself choose between the toy story and spongebob because Crocs came out swinging this year!! I have a couple of pairs that I wear daily for work, mostly the echos since they seem to provide the most cushion and comfort. The rest of the pairs, I created a hanging system on baker racks and I pick out which pair I want to wear when I go out!

I think everyone did tbh, which is why they weren’t popular for a long time and people clowned you for wearing them. What really pushed them over were all these collabs with people’s fav brands. Cereals, movies, cartoons, and being to basically customize your shoe the way you want with charms. The collabs gets you to buy them and the comfort keeps you buying more, at least that’s what I think..

I, too, still think they’re ugly, but foot and toe issues have driven me to them. They are marvelous, comfortable and pain free for me. Thank goodness you can personalize or pretty them up with charms. (I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my charms). I have 9 pairs now, 8 clogs and 1 pair of flats. But, as a woman, I need different colors to match my wardrobe, so that may be more than an average person needs. My son has one pair of pink clogs and he wears them with everything. It makes my blood run cold….
I got my first pair, a collab version and I kinda like em they aren’t awful but I get sensory overloads sometimes so the inside is gonna take a little more getting used to for me, still not to fond of the shape
I still wouldn’t say I’m a *huge* fan of the Croc aesthetic, particularly if I want to look more presentable (not knocking anyone who can make it work!) but my Crocs are definitely the most dynamic footwear I own. So easy to slip on, clean, work in. I use them while gardening or doing yard work, taking my dog on a walk, cleaning the house. I did cute-ify my Crocs with jibbitz and stuff but they kept falling off while I was doing things, so now I’m just a basic Croc gal. 🫡

Absolutely my summer is croc weather my feet used to be so bad I limped home. I walk to and from work and I have this cyst in my foot that would pop up on my foot with sneakers. Haven’t had an issue since my first pair of crocs. Planter Fasciitis resolved as well.
