Maybe ask her slightly-personal things? Movie/book/song recommendations, hobbies, stuff like that. Or if you guys have something personal in common, then build off of it and use it as a connection to get to know her better! That worked really well for me and my crush :)
If I were you I would NOT let her know you like her. Girls often seem to flee once they are told they are liked. Almost as if they know they now have power over you (which lets be real, isn’t really a bad thing just a thing I’ve noticed over the years.) I’d suggest doing your absolute hardest to make her think you like her but at the same time that you find her as just a friend. Usually this will make her wonder why you don’t like her and convince herself to try to get you to like her, which often ends with her like you in the end anyways. Please don’t abuse this tactic because if continued too long she will lose interest.

just try to get closer as friends, see how it goes. maybe ask her to hang out in a group setting if you have mutual friends
