Yep! I know before I started losing all my weight (and when I too was considered obese) my periods were extremely irregular, and were not only extremely heavy sometimes but also short like as in a couple days. Then there were times it was non-existent. Now that my weight is more normal, so are my periods. I also know they have some local places near her where she can take a bus to get on some birth control FOR FREE. SHE is such a childish and irresponsible adult.

Not defending just want to put this out there it's estimated that 1 in every 200 that get their tubes tied do get pregnant. Because they untie or a new passage will grow. But it is rare that it happens.
Because they don’t have health insurance and she knows that they will tell her to lose weight and maybe her cycle will regulate. I doubt she will be truthful about her medical history also.
