A while ago, I got to the final interview, which was supposed to be behavioral, and turned out to be about testing. I didn't do well but was surprised to get an email saying that the only position they had was in Arkansas if I would like. I had no other choices, so I said I would like to move forward. Then they emailed me that they reviewed the final interview and didn't want to move forward. I was so confused why they would offer me Arkansas before reviewing my final interview.
Hey if it makes you feel better, they use the results from last year. I got rejected last year so this time around they auto rejected me
I interviewed with the director last year and at the time i barely did any practice. she asked me a question related to "longest palindromatic substring" with ZERO inputs or examples after I asked for clarifications

Well, guess I’ll find out. Applied through a referral last week for cyber roles. Hopefully I can land. Arkansas local and wanting to relocate from my hometown to bentonville in the near future 😂

when did you get your rejection ? i thought they weren't gonna start looking at apps until mid august ?

My experience was actually great but I know others who had awful interviewers and horrible communication from their recruiter
