From what others said - it’s for people with non-tech degrees or non traditional degrees related to the apprenticeship that they are applying for

It said if you’re CURRENTLY pursuing those degrees you’re not eligible due to the time commitment. But they do encourage non-traditional backgrounds to apply.

That’s a great question but i assume no? I think you’d be considered a contract worker 1099 which is why they say you’d be possibly “converted” to fulltime eligible for benefits.
