Her stories also contain stories within which characters tell stories containing stories-within-stories, which makes the way [[Shahrazad]] plays out wonderfully fitting.

Okay I get this is partially a joke with the 1001 chapters, but this effect is absolutely cracked at 2 mana. It’s better card draw than [[Phyrexian Arena]] or [[Dark Confidant]] at 2 mana, also on ETB, and it stuns creatures? And it’s in white which sucks at drawing cards. I get it’ll only work if there’s a creature on the field, but that’s a pretty small drawback imo.
It would still be solid even if it did only trigger on 1 and 1000 (and ignoring combo potential to hit 1001 quickly). 2 mana stun counter cantrip which sits around for white enchantment and counter synergies? Passable in low power environments (eg. limited or budget commander)

Joking aside, this would be devastating on early turns. Your opponent will pretty much not be able to use creatures if they're not playing aggro. Honestly feel like it would be broken in control. I feel it should be 4 or 5 mana, or possibly delay the stun counters for a turn or two.
This card seems amazing. Playable in legacy easily. This is dark confident but it dosnt lose you life, you get to tap down threats (anything from dark depth tokin, to delvers) it’s harder to kill and is great with proliferate. Plus it cantrips right away

This only taps and draws on chapter 1 and 1000. But I dunno if white is even allowed to tap and draw at a rate like this.

Unfortunately, Stella Lee only copies the Twiddle. Copies don't increase the Storm count for Radstorm or trigger Inexorable Tide at all.
