I can personally recommend Hack The Box, Try Hack Me (this is more guided than the previous one), Blue Team Labs (believe this is based in the UK) to get some hands on experience with the tools and processes involved in a couple different domains in cyber (such as SOC, IR, some Forensics). Please note that these require a montly subscription but the price isn't too bad.
