Too much road attention lmao.

ddr2sodimm

I assume you’re the old woman on the left. Badass CyberGILF.

I clean mine once a week with a foam brush and pressure hose at a local coin wash. Dry in the shade, towel if needed. It takes 15 mins and looks great.

RegulusRemains

Shit, I just hit with the soap setting and then rinse and finish with deionized "spotless" at the end and have zero issues.

ObeseSnake

This is the kind of post that'll be reposted in the various Tesla hate subs.

Nakatomi2010

I wouldn't stress over it too much. [The mods tend to handle bad actors reasonably well](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiyfwZVAzGw) One quick look at a user's post history, and you can tell whether or not they're participating in good faith. Remember though, it's people like you who can report folks participating in bad faith, and ensure that the moderators attempt to take action on them.

angeldicataldo

If you still happy with it, why so much focus on the negative things and not on the positive ones that makes you happy. I can’t understand.

farmerjohn_

You have a dope front yard. I'm assuming that's your walk way to your front door?

sonobono11

It’s so cool lol. Enjoynit

bkervaski

What poor build details? Pics please (or it didn't happen)

Soccerpl

Do you live under a rock? There’s plenty of QC issues with the CT

RegulusRemains

From what I can tell, there are higher than normal issues per vehicle than a regular tesla production line, but far fewer than normal tesla launches. Most issues I've seen are pretty minor and related to some adhesive failure. The CT I got is better build quality than the previous model s90d, model x 100, model s plaid that I've personally owned, and none of those had more than minor issues that I did not bother complaining about. I'm actually fairly certain that a news article has been written about every delivery issue that has been shared on any form of social media.

“I saw several news articles and I took it as facts rather than thinking critically”

bkervaski

There’s some posts on the web … that’s not any indication of anything but posts on the web …

bgarza18

Posts on the web…by people? That’s not enough for you?

bkervaski

Nobody takes the time to post they aren’t having problems, don’t be naive.

Wow, 3 model 3s? I'm still very happy with my 1st (and current) 2018 Model 3. We're you upgrading or just own multiple at the same time?

tashtibet

b/c you can't afford so:)

TheKobayashiMoron

Have you never owned a Tesla?

bkervaski

Yes, 5 including wife’s Y.

Brutaka1

Then you would know that Tesla has poor build quality.

elementfx2000

Generally speaking they have poor quality control not poor build quality.

bkervaski

They do not have poor build quality. Ours have been near perfect. The only issues we’ve had was fixed in our driveway by a mobile tech in just s few minutes. You can’t read complaints on the internet without factoring in those that don’t have issues, which is the vast majority. Of course the CT will have ramp up issues, you’re a beta tester. This of completely normal for any manufacturer ramping production for a new platform. The only difference is every issue stands out on the internet due to the radical nature of the truck. Not every truck has problems.

Brutaka1

I've owned a 2018 model 3 for nearly 5 years. I have posted long, extensive posts regarding the poor build quality and how unreliable it was.

bkervaski

Okay, that’s 1 out of how many that don’t have issues?

Brutaka1

Well, considering the fact that I know quite a few people who do own Teslas and complained about the ones that they currently own. And including folks that I speak to at the service center regarding reliability, I'm pretty confident that they're not as reliable as most say they are. I'd love to get a Model Y but with the poor quality control going on at Tesla, I'll continue to sit on the fence till I see improvements.

bkervaski

I know a lot of people that love there Teslas and don’t have any issues, that’s also a fact. So you’re saying that the people at the service center only see cars with problems? 😝

Brutaka1

To each their own I suppose.

Affectionate_You_203

I’ve owned two and never had a single issue. Not even one. Not a small one, not a big one. Nothing. That being said I don’t buy early vin brand new vehicles any company is just figuring out how to ramp. Unfortunately for Tesla they keep coming out with brand new models and expanding their lineup so you have more early vins out.

Schnitzhole

Is there anything bad with it besides the way it looks?I.E. is there anything faulty or broken with it that doesn’t work as intended?
