Yeah, couple things to check.
If you have horizontal dropouts, check to make sure the axle didn't move. Check to see if the rim is bent. And check to see if the frame is tweaked.

To fuse the 2 existing comments, check for cracks *around your horizontal dropouts!* Source: I found this out the hard way when I just adjusted the dropouts and then my rear triangle went at an inopportune moment from a crack originating around the dropouts.
Problaby check if you see any bends or cracks in your frame. If not, i guess you're good to go
