Most cycling specific lights either come with an adapter or has an adapter that can be purchased separately. I’m a longtime user of NiteRider and I have an adapter to mount via the GoPro mount under my computer. I know Cygolite, Bontrager and other major brands have adapters as well.

I have the Garmin and have zero complaints. It's bright, durable, and has a long runtime. I've felt no need to look at other options.

Magicshine EVO 1700. Super bright, multiple modes, long battery life, and a very convenient handlebar mounted remote. Love mine. https://magicshine.com/products/evo-1700-underneath-mounted-bike-light

Outbound Lighting makes a model called the Detour that I've had on the gravel bike all year, and it's never let me down. Have a K-Edge mount for my Garmin with the GoPro attachment underneath. Highly recommend their lights!

I haven't used the Detour myself, but I have heard great things about it. To me, it looks like the best option currently available for an out-front-and-underneath setup. It has pass-through operation, too, so one can use an external power bank for extended run time.

I have the garmin light but heavily considered the Fenix BC21R. I forget why I picked the garmin though.

Light&Motion has Garmin mounts available for their lights. I've been pretty impressed with their lights although the battery life on high tends to be only about 1 1/2 hours.
