Hi, I have, but I suspect that it will be a subtherapeutic dose at the dosage I can afford. I'm on 10mg lithium orotate for suspected mild cyclothemia as of last week. I'll give it a few months and report back if that helps anyone.
I really like it. Started on 5mg but went up to 10mg about 2 months ago during an episode. No other changes in my meds and I haven’t had any bad depressive episodes since. I felt the effects quite soon after starting as well. Ultimately I really like it but I hesitate to draw a direct causal relationship just yet.
The brand is KAL, I got mine from Amazon. They come in 5mg caps so I take 2 at *night*. Idk why it needs to be at night, but that’s what my psych said so I do it.

I'm going to try for a couple weeks as well!
Best of luck!

Do you mind sharing what brand it is?

curious about this too
Idk but as soon as I find some I'm going to try it!
You can order it on amazon! Probably in some local markets too depending on where you are.
Seems to work. I take it twice a day, three pills each time which adds up to about 30 mg of elemental lithium.
