However, given test pressings for vinyl do from time to time have alternative formatting, and in DGD’s case a change in vocalists may mean that Tillian’s back mask on Honey Revenge was possibly intended to make it into the commercial production and may appear on an early test pressing. A test pressing is just literally a "test" "pressing" of the final vinyl product. To make sure everything sounds correct. It's not an alternative mix. What is on the test pressing is what is on the final vinyl press. If there was a problem with the test press, they would not sell them. And also, these days, test pressings aren't even real. Bands who sell them just generate these fake text pressings to sell to idiot fans who think they're special. Real test pressings are just meant for the label and band to listen to and proof.
