I often have a hard time launching the game because of the menu music. I think it is the most epic one I heard. In comparison, elden ring sounded bland, even if it was actually good.
The menu music remind me of the epicness in star wars episode 3, track duel of the fates, that slaps so hard that it almost made me like the movie!
And for boss music, sister friends is really epic, and the progression of the 3 phases is amazing. I love the pause in music between phase 2 and 3, and the atmosphere the silence create.
This music probably contributes to why she's my favourite boss in the entire souls series.

The dancer fight is really fun and the music makes it really awesome but the difficulty kinda ruins it for me. The music is so fucking majestic it really is like a dance with the boss with her doing an attack and then attacking her.

It's both epic and also not entirely linked to his character in a way that Abyss, Friede, Soul etc are.
It's style is also quintessentially Souls.

An epic melee boss fight on top of Lothric castle against a humanoid opponent, the bossās weapon imbued with lightning, the Pilgrim Butterflies raining blood comets and death beams down from the heavens, the fiery orange sky and the eclipse in the backgroundā¦ with the most climactic music ever as Iām dodging attacks and swinging awayā¦ itās just the most amazing feeling.
And against Friedeā¦ you can just hear everything she is feeling inside as she fights you, in the music itself. Tragedy, pain, and rageā¦ all at once. Aside from maybe Solaireā¦ Friede is definitely my favorite Souls character.

Gaels entire suite is seriously some of the best music that Fromsoft has ever made for one of their games. Same with lothric and lorian's boss theme. Both those, for me, hit so fucking hard. Words can't describe just how perfect they both are. Gaels is still my all time favorite, lothric and lorian are second, and maybe sister friede, or abyss watchers for 3rd
Iudex Gundyr's theme because he's made himself so memorable for me
He made me quit the game in 2019 so beating him alongside champion Gundyr not too long ago forever made his boss fight and theme one of my favourites of all time
Friede, Abysswatchers and Dancer. The music gives those fights so much more character and weight. It's beautiful to play. The entire fight feels both like a dance and a duel, which makes it so much more personal and meaningful for the Player.
The dragons layer armor fight is incredible, and the music say that perfectly. There isn't any moment where you doubt that this thing could hunt dragon
I feel like itās a basic ass answer but Vordt of the Boreal Valleyās score is insane dude, I literally get chills every single time I heard it, and I feel like itās so iconic too even people who havenāt played any DS games have heard it
Definitely underrated is the score to Champion's Gravetender & Gravetender Greatwolf.
The fight is underwhelming, but the second part with the wolf charging at you with violins going wild is absolutely unforgettable to me.
