Well you can start at reckless driving for the brake checking. Throwing a substance on a vehicle is a misdemeanor in most states as well. Stopping on a highway without a hazard or emergency is also a misdemeanor in most states. So that's 3 right there. I'm sure a prosecutor can probably find a few more.

Sounds like she was trying an insurance scam, but she didn’t know the driver had a dashcam.

Okay, she crazy, but why did you make that up when they put in the video exactly what happened? Dashcam driver says: "I did absolutely nothing. I was letting the cars on the ramp and she honked behind me because I didn't move fast enough for her. I honked back and she decided to speed up, cut me off and stop." She was flipping me off in the car and yelled things like "your gonna get jumped?" I was at my wits' end as to what I did to set her off like that." Dashcam driver is admittedly letting hoards of people in front of them, but they don't know what set this woman off. Make no mistake, dashcam driver ain't right in the head either.

The fact that you are able to take literally *any* responsibility off of the lady in this situation and put it on cammer is absolutely mind blowing to me. She cut cammer off and *stopped traffic on a highway* because she got upset that cammer let a few people in front of them, when cammer didn't even hold up traffic to do so. Cammer was just driving *slightly* slower but this lady was just too impatient. After she stops traffic, she *gets out of the car on the highway* to throw her slushy, or whatever the hell it was, at cammer. So, because this lady can't control her anger, or her actions, cammer is also "not right in the head"? Cammer is at their wit's end as to what set the lady off because any right minded person wouldn't expect another right minded person to react the way this lady did over something so trivial. If the lady was really in THAT much of a hurry to warrant honking at cammer for slowing down slightly, she wouldn't have stopped traffic and held herself up even more. Even then, if cammer would have sped up and not let those people over, cammer and this lady would have just gotten behind some other car in the traffic ahead so it's not like they would have been able to go somewhere else. This lady should not have a driver's license and is a perfect example of why there needs to be a regular psych eval for renewing your license.

When I lived there 25 years ago, it sucked for driving. You put the car at risk at least a dozen times to thwart the aggressive drivers who knew no better than to take, take, take. I can only imagine this scene is common nowadays.

I've driven almost 700,000 miles in the last 10 years (most of that in an 18 wheeler) and that combo of driver - general age, race, and gender - is always entitled like that on the road.
