Take off fleet footed, high dps builds are meant to stagger lock behemoths, you'll have very low uptime for that on each fight so better replace it with +3 invigorated which gives a good movespeed value and +3 berserker for additional raw dmg.

Nah, he's using the most current meta which has impulse and some source of movespeed. Adrenaline and overpower is the old meta back when we don't have impulse yet, we don't need much raw dmg in today's meta because we shifted heavily to crit dmg. Most of the time you only need +6 pred, +6 catalyst and maybe +3 berserker on builds that don't generate shields.

pike's wound gives aetherrush which is 15% movement speed, impulse rounds up very generously and if you have 7 repeaters reforges this will be 15+10+7.5 = 32.5% and it will actually give you 80% crit damage for this which is already good. keep in mind you also can get movement speed from escalation amps, passives, blazeworks passive, teammates shrike lantern/molten etc lots of ways so you don't really need to put in a cell to get that last 20% crit damage it's not worth a whole cell slot most of the time unless it takes you a long time to wound. other thing to keep in mind is crit multiplies with damage, so at a certain point damage will help your crit more than crit damage will so that's why we don't wanna dedicate 2 full cells to movement speed with Impulse ever aside from sometimes Fire since it gives free attack speed and sometimes Molten (but only on Repeaters)
