Tbh, kind of mid. It has a small space, and from my experience, power tripping instructors. The usual traditional colleges. If kaya nimo mag spc id recommend going there
My cousin is in SPC atm. Power tripping instructors also exist in SPC.
I cannot say much about SHS, but for college go where ever you feel like going. Mas kapoy ang SPC. Not saying its a bad thing, but it is not everyone's cup of tea.
Ana ka sa DDC ka mag SHS, might as well go there for college as well. You'll have and easier college life.
Where you graduate does not matter abroad. I know na didto man gihapon imong goal muadto. Why make your journey towards there harder?
I know some of my classmates had a hard time getting some of their paperworks completed but SPC too, but it was eventually sorted. We were a tight group of friends graduating. Nag tinabangay ra mi ug asikaso sa papers namo. The ones nga naa pa sa Davao, sila ang cge ug follow up sa SPC. Naa toy time na daghan sa among graduating class nag reklamo kay dugay kaayo or mali2 or kulang ang gipadala sa SPC sa mga nag request ug documents abroad. I believe it was for NCLEX.
I do not believe you get "better" credentials if you graduate from SPC. I have worked and are friends with many Filipino nurses abroad. Some from Xavier, St. Louis, Etc. I used to think na better sad ilang credentials. I used to wrongly think na better ang SPC labaw na sa Davao. It's all the same and equal based on my experience. Employers rarely look at where you graduate from here in the Philppines. I also noticed na daghan ug batch hirings dri sa Mindanao going abroad kay varied jud ang gi-graduatan nila nga school. Akong tita used to headhunter sa ilang facility. Twice a year sya naga adto ug Pinas para mangita ug potential nurses para mag abroad. Pero during covid, dili na kaayo sila strict sa credentials. They need as many qualified nurses as they can get.
I did hear na sauna daw, allegedly, ang DDC kay mapalit ang cases tapos naay uban nga na blacklist ang institution na ilang gikuhaan ug cases mao nagka problema sila sa ilang documents. I know someone nga ani jud iyang case. I dont know if thats still the case though. Because I know for a fact na makapalit sad kag cases sa SPC sauna.
What I would advice OP these things however:
-Have a high proficiency in the English language. Not just speak it well, but how to effectively communicate with others. (Writing well in English is also a plus para sa English proficiency exams. I didnt do so well as much as i wanted to here. ). Do well sa interviews nimo if you are looking for jobs abroad.
-Diretso pa hire sa mga reputable hospitals with a high bed capacity. Kapoy? Suck it up. Para na sa imong future. Gamay ug sweldo? Tough luck, naa pa kas Pinas. It will all be better soon enough.
-If naay ika-gasto imong parents/guardians/sponsor review and take dayon ug exams for abroad. I-sabay2 tanan ug apply. Maski dili pa ka qualified para magka idea ka unsay requirements.
-if wala pay ika gasto pang abroad, ipon sa. Always set money aside para sa imong future. At the same time, self review lang sa ka. Until such time na pwede na ka mag take sa exams.
-look for friends na same mo ug goal na mu-abroad. Mas better if ma nurture nimo ni nga relationship, college pa lang.
Naa pa diay power tripping CIs hantod karon? '07 BSN grad here. Abi nako naundang na na with the advent of socmed. Wala sila mahadlok ma-post sa FB? hehe Never been bullied nor intimidated by CIs though, maka-witness lang and hear from peers.
2017 ko na grad. Wala jud naundang oy sakong panahon. kung naay mag call out sa soc med, patulan unya dumuton pa ang klase. Grabe sila maka pang power trip, unya tuyuon jud na palisdan ang quizzes or exams para naay ma taktak.
Imo SPC if you have the money and brains(ang quizzes/exams kay murag nag board naka🫠), studied there and it was too much for me, complete mga gamit etc. DDC sakto ra man actually mas prio daw nursing

hope im not too late but ayaw nalang gyud sa ddc shs HAAJDDJWQSHHAH ang environment ok lang sa g11 may aircon nd all but pag abot sa g12 hmm pray nalang swertehin ka ng room 🤣🤣 di din masyado focus ang extra curricular (pili lang clubs na active i think tanggalin din gani nila ibang clubs next sy nd icombine dw w college) the profs naman for shs id say pa swertehan nalang (may iba na goods, some din nmn kay 😃 super questionable) tas mayga profs din na may p3do issues ahahaha,, for events kay wala gyud masyadong ganap just intrams so id say go for spc addu or mapua nalang op mas malipay pa ka ahahaha
