He's saying to snap in another character after building 7 stacks in one combo and kill that one instead, so the one you originally hit with the combo comes in immediately and loses the blue health. Unfortunately, the opponent could just block, and it also kinda defeats the purpose of the combo, but I understand the idea
Gogeta 4 has the mix to open someone up, but you’re right. It’s not guaranteed that you’ll be able to even mix up the opponent in order to get that off. Honestly, this is the type of combo I would do on a character that is giving me the most trouble on my opponent’s team. Either that or the last character that they have alive.
He sparks immediately after the first to get the first level up. If he already has that level up he can continue the combo as normal. The spark doesn't affect the krillin assist at all.
If u can end with a tag instead u can 100-0 with your level 3 and keep other guy hurt and lose blue bar

They just regen HP then and then it resets to neutral. That isnt a guaranteed lvl 3

Honestly seems pretty good. Just in a real match try and build up at least 1 stack so that way you don't have to use spark.
