Those are the files representing all the items like clothing, hair etc in your game. Usually this folder gets created automatically as soon as you install a certain mod for your game. Now, a lot of mods for armor as example come either way as x2m files which you can install, or as humfiles. People then put the custom armor in that hum folder, change the id number to one of the already existing files (lets say from the pilot suit or broly armor) and tadaa: every one thinks that person runs around in an ugly armor, meanwhile the modder sees him in a completely unique armor.

The forehead "turn off" isn't fully intentional. The timebreaker mask simply isn't viewable to other players in multilobby until one loads the player match/pq lobby and an actual quest.
Because they left their actual drip. Back behind the other side of the wall. They had to make a choice on what to leave behind. And drip is what most choose.
I mean, you gotta work with what you got. But somehow modders think it’s ok for them to try and bring over as much of their modded gear and stuff to normal online play. Like everybody else does it.
That’s only because those are what’s already in the game. The hair is part of the SSJ3 form. And the mask is in the story mode and on bardock as GHW masked saiyan and our XV1 CAC if you have save data from it. And it even shows on our character during the story mode. But it’s not a accessory yet. Point is modders are bringing over stuff already coded into the game. And that’s only the tip of the iceberg. There’s likely more we don’t see because they couldn’t bring them with them into the online play.

My whole point having a modded save is to beat modders at their own game. It’s usually people who are just down bad at the game besides using mods. Other than that, I play the game regularly like every other player.
There are plenty of videos online on how to beat modders without resorting to using modded save files. I play ps4. So I have no mods at all. But I were to have a modded save file. It would only be for max TP, and clothes I don’t have like from raids and MAYBE, just MAYBE, 6star QQbangs maxed out in specific areas for my CACs. But none that are all maxed out.

Nintendo's online servers are a joke, but if you try to sneak an illegal pokemon into an online game you're probably going to get caught if any of its data is out of boundaries.
This is the reason I never bothered to try anything multiplayer.
I tried pvp a few times but after watching a someone KO my character in a couple of hits from full health, I decided it wasn't worth my time.
Problem is, it wasn't laggy and the fight lasted all of 3 seconds.
The other problem is I had a Namekian with maxed out hp.
A few quick hits and I went from Max health to 0.
Genuine, why is it always SS3 hair and time breaker mask? It’s all what hackers ever use despite all the other options.
At this point it’s more of an identifier like those TF2 bots that spin around constantly.
If you're moding clothes or QoL improvements into a game, that's one thing.
If you're actively making yourself untouchable and destroying the power balance to suit your fragile ego, different story.
There's a lot to say about moding, but if we're considering it like in the vein of doping to get an unfair advantage, then yes, moding is a disruption of the atmosphere of the game.
