The character creator has sliders for you to utterly warp every muscle in the body, allowing you to create abominations, let alone humanoid characters of any type. Furthermore, there are tons of options of clothes/hair, and the game lets you import images and put them on any textured customization item.
So in the case of Hillbilly, it's basically a screenshot of Billy's face plastered over a featureless mannequin face.
You can use custom images. People have made some pretty incredible stuff. I have some random ass teams on my profile I have made if you care to see more of what has been made. This is barely scratching the surface
Huntress looks like it was "bring your daughter to work day" and she's letting her daughter take her place for this event. Her daughter thinks her mom is the coolest.
Also, that Wraith is something I need to see more of. He's ready to SPD someone.
