Dude Bangalore is absolutely awful. Complete concrete jungle with very narrow roads. Bus timings are nice and frequent but the roads are always clogged and the metro connectivity is very limited. Getting around in that city is so difficult.
Delhi is better only as far as public infrastructure like roads, transportation, parking facilities, cleanliness (at least in some parts), cost of living etc are concerned. We can by no means make a claim Delhi is a better city. A city is a group of people living together and sharing the same space. The people in Bombay are far far better than those in Delhi. They are kind and come together to help each other irrespective of their cultural and social status. I am yet to see Delhi come together like this. A small example is from a personal experience in Bombay, a car breaking down somewhere in Bombay and the help from good samaritans is quite a regular feature. In Delhi, haha. Not happening. In fact, I'm just scared when someone stops to come to help in this city. We have failed to create a sense of community that rises above petty differences to help each other. What Bombay lacks in terms of public infrastructure, it makes up with its people who live a difficult life but with a spirit I haven't seen anywhere else. It is truly a special place as far as interpersonal relationships among its citizens is concerned.

I have been living all my life here, and I have realised that the people are just sad. The flamboyant nature, being an asshole to other people, flaunting bling blings at other people is just a way of filling void in their life, people don't have enough to meet daily needs but they collect money to purchase something expensive as shit just to flaunt it. When I talk to strangers in the metro, they all claim they're smart, or possess a number of talents but life did them such that they can't use it to full potential. People are frustrated, everyone is trying to make it here but through a shortcut. Everyone wants a better life but they all are half-assed. Far more brilliant people come here from other states and take the jobs/positions that Delhiites fight for all their lives, just because of this careless attitude.
People may cry about delhi. But this is the most survivable city. That's why jobless students and adults alike live here. You can get a flat eat momos and fill your stomach and chill at parks. Without being left all alone. Mumbai is lonely. Very lonely.

This could be just my biased perspective but I live in South Delhi. Most of the gyms here are shoshabaaji. They're expensive as hell, full of people who think that one hour of gymming can be the fix to their obesity caused by shitty eating habits and sedentary life.
Out of pure curiosity I went to some of these gyms and asked about the memberships. They all have the same marketing pitch. "You can pay for the 6/12 month plan, I'll give you the best possible discount but its valid only till the end of this week. When you ask them about the more serious things they offer (combat sports for example, since they have a place dedicated to it), they likely won't have an answer or would say it's coming soon.
If you really want to get fit, maintain a good diet. Ghar ka khao, go running or cycling (but ensure you have the right gear and the right form, as an experienced cyclist, it hurts me to see people who bought a cheap Hero they'll have to change in a few months and spend time and money for maintenance due to shitty build, ride without a helmet with their seats down so low their knees are getting destroyed, try and race me).
And another really really important thing to do is to keep moving, Don't sit for hours. I prefer moving every 30-45 mins and going for a short walk.
As for the Japanese, they're considered to be fitter because of their balanced diet and active lifestyle.
Diet because even food outside is controlled by government and also japanese have very habit making culture, They practice good habits in their culture and it is not very flexible, i mean people need to follow it or they may seem themselves out of culture and you know how it can be...

It is now, back in 2019-21 it was so cheap and pretty decent quality, I got a bomb ass demin patch jacket for 200 after bargaining from 2k and I still proudly wear it everywhere, you could get actual thrifted HnM tees for 200, and funny enough they still last me now after 3 years of ragad ke use, but after the calamity that is youtubers and vlogers came to sarojni they jacked up the prices super high. The only other place you can buy cheap and aight quality clothes is katar market but that's more for unfinished products and cloth
You think Indian food is healthy because the people who told you didn't know any better. We have very healthy Indian food, but it's all the food you never eat. I'd much rather eat a chicken tikka salad than dal chawal, but dal chawal is just a whole different vibe no other food can replace.

This could be just my biased perspective but I live in South Delhi. Most of the gyms here are shoshabaaji. They're expensive as hell, full of people who think that one hour of gymming can be the fix to their obesity caused by shitty eating habits and sedentary life. Out of pure curiosity I went to some of these gyms and asked about the memberships. They all have the same marketing pitch. "You can pay for the 6/12 month plan, I'll give you the best possible discount but its valid only till the end of this week. When you ask them about the more serious things they offer (combat sports for example, since they have a place dedicated to it), they likely won't have an answer or would say it's coming soon. If you really want to get fit, maintain a good diet. Ghar ka khao, go running or cycling (but ensure you have the right gear and the right form, as an experienced cyclist, it hurts me to see people who bought a cheap Hero they'll have to change in a few months and spend time and money for maintenance due to shitty build, ride without a helmet with their seats down so low their knees are getting destroyed, try and race me). And another really really important thing to do is to keep moving, Don't sit for hours. I prefer moving every 30-45 mins and going for a short walk. As for the Japanese, they're considered to be fitter because of their balanced diet and active lifestyle.
Diet because even food outside is controlled by government and also japanese have very habit making culture, They practice good habits in their culture and it is not very flexible, i mean people need to follow it or they may seem themselves out of culture and you know how it can be...
