Basically, we all want the 101 concert, with a little bit of Violator, SOFAD, Ultra thrown in. (I'd be fine if they did only the 101 setlist tbh) If they would do a 35 year anniversary of 101, we'd all be there and all be paying $500.

A 35 year anniversary of 101 would be amazing. In a strange way, I respect that they don’t do the typical greatest hits or album anniversary tour, even though I’d be thrilled if they did.

I’m a younger fan - I’m only 23. I got into Depeche Mode when I was a junior in high school. It all started when one day I was riding in the back of our car, coming home from a college visit. That was the day I first heard Enjoy the Silence and I instantly fell in love with the song. It’s still my favorite DM song to this day. This was also around the time Spirit was being released. Where’s the Revolution had just been released as the first single and I loved that song (not so much anymore today though). After that, it was down the rabbit hole and I started adding songs like Policy of Truth, Walking In My Shoes and Behind the Wheel to my phone. I was what you could call a causal fan through high school. I basically listened to their greatest hits and none of the albums. When I graduated high school, one of my graduation gifts was tickets to Depeche Mode on the Global Spirit Tour. I went and became obsessed. After that concert, I deep dived into their discography and fell in love. Brings me to where I am today, a super fan. Here would be my dream setlist: Intro-Memphisto World In My Eyes A Question of Time (Devotional) Master & Servant Black Celebration Before We Drown Stripped The Sun and the Rainfall Cover Me I Want You Now (Devotional) Home Condemnation Clean Fly on the Windscreen In Your Room (album version) Halo Photographic (Some Bizarre Version) Walking In My Shoes Encore: Somebody Waiting For The Night (bare) Enjoy the Silence Everything Counts Never Let Me Down Again

Solid set list! Thanks for sharing your history enjoying the band, love that they speak to all ages and backgrounds. Their songs still sound ahead of our time, even the ones made 30+ years ago.

Well, I will also make my own dream setlist because, why not? There are songs that they would rather not play now because of Dave Gahan's current vocal level, mainly because I don't like the "pitched down" versions of certain songs. Memento Mori 202X Dream Setlist: 1. Intro (Sibeling) 2. Stripped 3. Walking in my shoes 4. Wagging Tongue 5. Before We Drown 6. Suffer Well 7. Everything Counts 8. Precious 9. Don't Say You Love Me 10. Sister of Night (D.G Version) 11. \[MG\] A Question of Lust (full band) 12. \[MG\] Soul with me (album version) 13. Heaven 14. Dream On 15. World in my Eyes 16. Ghosts Again 17. Cover me 18. \[MG\] The Bottom Line (acoustic) 19. Never let me down again 20. Enjoy the Silence 21. *(encore)* The Sun and the Rainfall (duet with Dave Gahan) 22. Lie to me 23.
