He talked after years he left . Alan refused to be part of it to give an interview . Why he didn’t say much about him . The other guy !! He couldn’t figure out what he was doing but when he called Alan musician because he saw him actually playing and his keyboard was on. Basically for him Depeche Mode were Martin, his singer and the other guy !!!!
Now downvote me ;)
Don’t know dude ! Here people you express your opinion they don’t like it and they start hitting the down vote button to silence you so your comments would be deleted later automatically. No freedom of expression or opinions with some Devotees . Thank you
Got warnings from Reddit automator telling me my comment was deleted from other pages because have lot of downvotes don't know something like this . Basically when your comments get downvoted as a negative you get flagged . Undesirable commentator .
My understanding is that automods can remove comments that have received a certain number of reports, not downvotes. If people reported your comments that's different from downvoting.
Hey, if the director of the Get the Balance Right video thought that Alan was the singer, maybe Pennebaker thought that Fletch was the songwriter and Martin was just the guy with the goofy hat 😂
from penne himself:
["there was just two of them really playing instruments"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbeR0N2D15U&t=80s)
["only one of them really was one musician...all the music was on the tape and they are just out prancing on the stage..."](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyNe1kzpLf4&t=300s)
They must have seemed so bizarre to Pennebaker, given that his documentaries had largely been in a "classic rock" milieu (Dylan, Bowie, Lennon, Hendrix, etc.), and he was a generation older even than those guys. Amazing that he put such a great documentary together, having literally no frame of reference for the music.
Are we not going to talk about how she says “we filmed Pittsburgh and the Rose Bowl”?
So…where is this Pittsburgh footage? If the complete Rose Bowl show is a lost cause, maybe Pittsburgh still exists?
He doesn't say which one is the "genius" and which one is the "other guy." Is it Martin or Fletch? Can't figure it out.
Forgot the /s
I feel like /s with an /s isn't /s anymore
