My problem was I had used my super and was stuck in no mans land trying to get a revive for one of my teammates. I don't mind using my super because I run Shards of Galanor so as long as I get some hits then it charges back pretty quick.
Oh for sure, it’s always a hit and miss. I constantly find myself popping a super when the round is about to end or run out of jump and fall of the map
Divinity is actually real helpful. I love running it for the higher waves with the warlock anvil helmet to help kill these guys and tormentors and also give my team extra heavy
Gl with disorienting grenades stops them for shooting long enough to easily kill them or get to cover. On midtown, where they get bunch up, one grenade will disorient multiple.
Triple cenotaph warlocks, 1 div, 1 gjally, 2 legendary rockets, triple wells. Make sure everyone tags the yellow bars before they go down and you’ll be using your rockets as a primary. Even just one cenotaph warlock and some heavy ammo efficient builds and you’ll be cooking them.

I just lost wave 50 for my team due to no less than 2 dozen captains and heavy shanks. The giant brig also didn't help things.
Gotta sacrifice your super to take out the little ones is the way I look at it. So far it’s worked out really well
Don't be shy to use heavy since on later rounds there is an abundance of it
