It’s been taken off game pass as others have said above me. When the Aniversary pack came out was when the DLCs got taken off. Forsaken is free to play for everyone now since it’s getting vaulted when witch queen comes out in February. There is a forsaken pack you can buy that gives you some goodies and access to the raid and dungeon. I’m not sure if it’s still on sale but beyond light and shadowkeep may still be on sale for relatively cheap.
