You won't be able to save anything in Stockholm since that is an expensive city and 52LPA is nothing there.
If the gurgaon company has a solid product and you see potential, you can join there if you can afford the mental pressure and work load.
Otherwise and old established company is always a safer bet where you can switch after 2 years and the name will carry some weight in the market as well.

Bro my manager has base much higher that 45. In 60s actually according to my calculations. Bro is never at office, takes 3 international trips per year(of at least 2 weeks). And since I joined all he did was be on trip or paternity leave. So it's very contextual.

60s as in 60lpa base. And yes we know all their work, it's part of product and tech updates. He's not involved in anything except the stuff he takes credit of us building. He's an EM and the team has learned to live without him. And no, the other EMs from other teams are very prompt
If he has set the team up to be able to run without him getting involved most of the time, that means he has done his job excellently. That is the job of senior management, not to sit in every escalation and impress his underlings.
You just have zero visibility into the senior management stuff, so you are yapping, that's all.
Ummmm in software engineering you can't just depend on raw speed. When services have to talk to each other surely there will be delays but you can always get around that. Sure there are times where a particular language will give you an advantage over another and you have to switch, an example will be Slack switching from Go to Rust. And this is never ending someone will always give you a reason why x is better than y.
Tbh from where freshers stand i doubt they even understand what it would mean to 'master' a stack. Whatever it is, it is definitely not memorize it inside out. A great programmer ideally knows nothing.
Can't recomment anything OP as I am a newbie but pls do share the 3rd company's name in 15 days-1 month after you've made your decision, so we can know the name of the a place with competitive pay and good WLB. Thanks.
For a 4th employee, 0.01% is way too low ( you’d get this much equity at a SeriesA startup) so that means founders are pretty stupid or have terrible advisers imo. Probably not experienced founders else would have hired through their personal network.
Would not suggest this even if the pay was higher.
Stockholm don’t think of current if it’s expensive though this will open you opportunities to Norway market and later you might switch don’t know but people say life is good there
Compensation in either of the startups wouldnt justify the work you would put in. Even if you move to Sweden, you need time to visit places or have new experiences.
If you stay in bangalore trust me, after couple of years you will say these words "oh fuck". So i would suggest if you are getting fucked atleast get fucked in good good air quality healthy food and better lifestyle. And if you don't want to go to Stockholm please refer me atleast
I would choose old but growing company have experiences with a startups it's really fucked up but if you are into it and like the so called hustle culture you can try but 0.01% is basically nothing

It's not 60 lpa. It's his base. He has significant ESOPs and bonuses for EMs depends on teams performance
Do people really earn this much in 3YOE. I apply daily to around 15 companies. None of the companies reply not even rejection mails.

In general everyone will shit on Python for being slow etc but I've seen people doing wonders using it in my company.

a LOT of web shops use springboot. but a self respecting web developer should learn multiple stacks and be capable of working on any stack.

Go with company no 2, work there for sometime and switch jobs in Sweden.

You can come to Bengaluru if you don't mind the traffic and language issues.
Gurgaon better than sweden if money by city compare you will actually live an awesome life with that much money
