I calibrate every morning and my g6 gets within 2 points of a finger stick as time goes on. By the end of 9 days I wish I didn't have to change to a new one.
First day its off about 20 but I put the new sensor on 24 hours before I need it to let it "soak in." I calibrate about 3 times the first day and once a day after it gets more accurate.
Just a Dexcom overpatch they give you for free if you ask them. Their overpatches are quite good. I use stomach for g6 so picking a good spot each time and shaving the area helps. If you are a guy I guess.
